Len Monfredo, LEED AP has been active in the construction industry for twenty years. He was a former owner of Creative Engineering Inc., and C.E. Space Planning Inc., two New York City based design and construction companies. One company specializing in scenery the other company specializing in renovations of New York City apartments and residential homes on Long Island NY. Both companies are still operating successfully under Len’s former partner. Running and owning two companies prior to joining E.M. Duggan in 2009 has given Len skills and experience with all aspects of a business including finances, planning, operations, client relations, management, vendor relations, advertising, marketing, safety and green building. Len is also President of Duggan Mechanical Service a subsidiary of E.M. Duggan.
