E.M. Duggan provides all phases of mechanical system installations. We manage and coordinate with our subcontractors and utilize union pipefitters for direct installation of piping systems. Our pipefitters install hot, condenser, and chilled water; refrigeration, high and low pressure steam, and condensate systems. We also have experience with specialty piping systems for biological and chemical R&D laboratories and high technology industries.
