Mr. Harrington has been active in the mechanical contracting industry since 1961. He has functioned at all levels within the industry starting as draftsman and assistant estimator with C.H. Cronin Co. of Boston, where he also completed his plumbing apprenticeship training in 1967. He has held a Master Plumbers license in Massachusetts since l966.

He joined E.M. Duggan, Inc. in 1979 as an estimator and project manager. After serving as Vice President and General Manager, Mr. Harrington was appointed President of the company in 1991. He has expanded his responsibilities further to our Chief Executive Officer. His responsibilities include overall supervision and management of company operations.
