E.M. Duggan celebrates Women In Construction Week 2020

To honor Women In Construction Week E.M. Duggan gave every female in the company a gift card for all their hard work. But then they gave them all a very fun raffle surprise.

    Duggan Honors Women in Construction

This week is women in construction week and this year we have an extra special way to honor all of the women in the E.M. Duggan family. Karin Monfredo, founder and designer of the George & Dino tote bag line, collaborated with her husband Lenny to create a limited edition bag for all of the women at Duggan.

Inspired by a reflective tool bag, Karin’s bags are a modern twist on the classic tote. The tough-yet-chic carryalls combine iconic styling with high-gloss reflective stripes for a bold, industrial look.

Hand crafted in Massachusetts using green energy, each bag is lined with cotton canvas pockets on all four sides creating a bag that literally stands on its own and keeps your life organized.

We hope you enjoy your George & Dino tote and thank you all for your hard work and amazing contributions in the construction industry. #thisisus

E.M. Duggan celebrates the holiday season at Gillette Stadium

#Thisisus the 2018 Holiday Party. The company thought it was fitting to have it at Gillette Stadium home one of the best sports franchises in history because they believe all of their employees are champions too!

    #ThisIsUs Jackets For A Cause

A huge thank you to Charles D. Sheehy for donating to our Jackets For A Cause Campaign. On a cold October day E.M. Duggan’s Domenic Casamassima was on a job site and noticed children outside without coats. It bothered him so much that he decided to take action and create a coat drive campaign. His young daughter got involved, and created the logo and within a day of spreading the word at E.M. Duggan coats poured in.

Then one day a knock on the door, our long time partners the Charles D. Sheehy company saw the campaign on our social media and they very generously drooped off boxes and boxes of coats. We are  grateful to them and so is Saint Mary’s in Dorchester who will distribute the coats to those in need.
