Do not copy content directly into the CMS from Microsoft Word, Outlook or other proprietary software as it will result in disfigured content. If you must copy content from programs such as these, we recommend opening up Notepad (ships with Windows) and copying/pasting content into Notepad as an intermediary step before copying/pasting from Notepad into the CMS. This will serve to cleanse the content of proprietary formatting.
